Return and Refund Policy
TAC Force stands behind our products of the superior workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it for exchange or refund. To return a package, please note the following:
1. A “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained prior to a return within 10 days from receipt of package. Package may be refused without a RMA. To obtain a RMA, click here.
2. Retuned products must be in brand new, un-used conditions and returned in original box including any accessories, tag, owner’s manual, registration, etc. that shipped with the products. Please also include a copy of our sales invoice.
3. Refund will be processed by the same method as products were initially purchased after returned items had been checked and approved. Shipping charge is not refundable. If your initial order was shipped by Free Shipping, your refund amount will be total invoice amount minus shipping charge. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process your return. Shipping will be charged for exchanges sent.
Note: TAC Force recommend that you choose a carrier that offers shipment tracking; And declare full value of items being returned. If you chose not to track or insure the returned package, you are responsible for any damage or loss during shipment.
