TAC Force® H20 Hydration system pack is constructed of DuPont® Teflon® treated ballistic material, designed to provide vital liquid transfer under harsh and extreme conditions. Internal compartments with built-in drop line drawstring provide additional space to accommodate water reservoirs (optional) if needed. Two large exterior zippered compartments for quick and easy access to storage, two smaller external top flap compartments for smaller size gear items, equipped with exterior webbing to use with TAC Force® modular components to equip pack for various duty requirements. Compressed foam back panel adds carrying comfort and secure fit with adjustable cinch shoulder straps. A load bearing rubber handle grip for easy transport or for tactical situations.

Just got this backpack and so far the initial impression is that it's very high quality and a great value for the price. It has plenty of room and storage pockets. The only thing it could use is some pen slots, but since this pack is MOLLE compatible, you can pretty much add on whatever you feel is lacking. Also, mine did come with a bladder.
